Peas and Peanuts Salad
Peas And Peanuts Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, 2 c. shredded cabbage, 1 green onion, 1/4 c. sour cream and 1/4 c. mayo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Turn peas into colander.
Run hot water over to thaw.
Combine peas, cabbage and onion in bowl.
In separate bowl, blend sour cream, mayo, salt, curry powder, pepper, mustard and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture; mix lightly.
Cover; chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
Pour peanuts over top of salad; toss lightly just before serving.
