Peanut Butter Pie
Peanut Butter Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. peanut butter, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend the peanut butter and powdered sugar together and sprinkle 2/3 of it into baked pie shell.
Blend together the flour, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Add the milk and cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Stir a little of the pudding mixture into 2 beaten egg yolks.
Combine and cook several minutes longer. Add the oleo and vanilla; pour the mixture into pie shell.
Pile meringue on top of pie, then sprinkle with remaining peanut butter mixture.
Bake at 300Β° for 30 minutes or less until the color desired is obtained.
