Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. light corn syrup, 1/2 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. butter or oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine sugar, syrup, milk and salt in saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves.
Cover pan for 1 minute to allow the steam to wash down the sugar crystals off the sides of the pan.
Uncover.
Insert candy thermometer. Cook until it reaches 236° (soft ball stage).
Remove from heat; add butter.
Cool until lukewarm (110°).
Add vanilla and peanut butter.
Beat until candy begins to thicken and loses its high gloss.
Turn immediately into a buttered 8 x 3 x 2-inch pan. Score with sharp knife into small squares.
Store 2 to 3 weeks in tightly covered container.
