Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. sugar, 1 tsp. hershey's cocoa, 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk, 1 stick margarine and 2 1/2 tsp. marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In a saucepan, blend sugar and cocoa.
Add milk, margarine and peanut butter.
Bring to a boil and cook for 6 minutes or 230° on a candy thermometer.
Remove from fire, add vanilla and Marshmallow Crème.
Beat until very thick.
Pour into well-greased glass dish (Pam works well).
Let cool and cut into squares.
This fudge freezes very well in a tightly closed plastic container.
