Peanut Butter Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. milk, 2 tbsp. light corn syrup, 3/4 c. peanut butter, chunky or smooth and 2 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine in saucepan sugar, milk and corn syrup and cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Continue cooking without stirring until small amount forms a soft ball in cold water (232Β° on candy thermometer). Remove from stove; add peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
Beat immediately with wooden spoon until creamy.
Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
When cool, cut into squares.
