Peanut Butter Cookies
Peanut Butter Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. shortening and 1 c. peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream together the eggs, sugars, shortening and peanut butter until fluffy.
Add flour (sifted), soda, vanilla and salt.
Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
Place 3 inches apart on slightly greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with fork dipped in flour (crisscross).
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen cookies.
