Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white karo syrup, 1 c. water, 3 c. sugar, 1 lb. raw peanuts and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Grease 2 cookie sheets.
In saucepan, add the Karo syrup, water and sugar.
Using a candy thermometer, heat the ingredients to 270°.
Add the peanuts and continue heating to 300°.
Remove from heat and add the butter and vanilla.
Then add the baking soda and salt, stirring and pouring quickly onto the greased cookie sheets.
