Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. white sugar, 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. raw peanuts, 1/2 c. white karo syrup and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix sugar, water, syrup and peanuts in black iron skillet. Cook until thick and nuts pop and mixture turns a golden brown. Add soda as you remove from heat and stir vigorously.
Pour into greased sheet pan, stirring and pouring very thin.
When cool, crack into pieces.
