Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. nuts (ready to eat), 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 4 tbsp. butter or margarine and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat nuts, sugar and butter in heavy iron skillet over medium heat.
Stir constantly until nuts are toasted and sugar is golden brown (about 15 minutes).
Stir in vanilla.
Spread mixture on sheet of aluminum foil.
Cool and break into clusters.
