Peanut Brittle
Peanut Brittle is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. light corn syrup, 1/4 c. water, 1 1/2 c. salted peanuts and 3 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine sugar, corn syrup and water.
Mix well; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until mixture reaches 285°.
Remove from heat at once; stir in nuts and butter.
Cook, stirring constantly, until it reaches 295°.
Remove; add vanilla and baking soda.
Stir to blend.
Pour onto well-buttered sheet.
When cold, break into pieces.
