Peach of a Pie
Peach Of A Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 15 oz. strawberries, thawed, 1/3 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/3 tsp. red food coloring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook strawberries, 1/3 cup sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice until mixture thickens; add red food coloring.
Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, vanilla and milk in mixer until soft and creamy.
Line baked pie shell bottom and sides with cream cheese mixture.
Place peach slices on top of cream cheese mixture.
Then add berries mixture last, after it has cooled.
Serve with whipped cream.
