Peach-Marshmallow Refrigerator Pudding
Peach-Marshmallow Refrigerator Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Soak gelatin in water.
Soften butter in top of double boiler. Add sugar, quartered marshmallows and egg yolks.
Take off stove; add gelatin.
Add whipped cream and egg whites (beaten stiff).
Pour over peaches.
Line pan with vanilla wafer crumbs, saving a little for top of filling.
Let stand in refrigerator.
