Pea Salad
Pea Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can french green beans, 1 can small peas, 1 can white corn (shoe peg), 1 c. chopped celery and 1 small chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Drain each can and put vegetables in a bowl.
Heat to boiling 1/2 cup vinegar, 3/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup salad oil.
Cool slightly.
Pour over vegetables.
Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
Keeps well in refrigerator 2 weeks or longer.
