Pea and Peanut Salad
Pea And Peanut Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed, 2 c. spanish peanuts, 1 c. celery, finely chopped, 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped and 1/2 c. salad dressing (miracle whip), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix uncooked peas and peanuts; add celery and onion.
Mix salad dressing, sour cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce together and blend into pea and peanut mixture.
Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before serving.
