Pavlova is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, separated, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. cornstarch, 1 tsp. white vinegar and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Bring egg whites to room temperature.

Beat until they are really stiff; they look dry.

Mix together sugar and cornstarch. Add to egg whites and mix in very fast.

Add vinegar and beat only enough to mix.

Form mixture in a mounded circle on aluminum foil, greased very lightly.

Flatten top.

Heat oven to 300°, turn down to 225°; bake for 45 minutes.

Turn oven off for 30 minutes; do not open during this time.

Turn upside down on plate.
