Pasta with Shrimp and Feta
Pasta With Shrimp And Feta is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta, 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, pinch of crushed red pepper flakes, 3 tbsp. olive oil and 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Cook pasta, drain and set aside; keep warm.
Saute shrimp and red pepper flakes in 2 tablespoons oil for 1 to 2 minutes, until shrimp are slightly pink.
Arrange shrimp in a baking dish; sprinkle with Feta cheese and set aside.
Add remaining oil in skillet; saute garlic over low heat.
Add tomatoes and juice. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir in wine, basil, oregano, salt and pepper; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
Spoon tomato mixture over shrimp.
Bake, uncovered, at 400Β° for 10 minutes.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
Garnish with fresh basil.
