Parmesan Halibut is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. grated parmesan, 3 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 lb. halibut steaks, cut into serving size pieces, 3 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine cheese and flour.
Dip the halibut in the mixture and saute in butter until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Remove halibut from frying pan and place on platter.
