Made with 3 skinned, deboned chicken breasts, cut in half, 1/2 c. dijon mustard, 1/4 c. dry white wine, 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs and 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Mix the mustard and wine to a dipping consistency with a whip.
Combine bread crumbs with cheese in a large plastic baggie.
Dip chicken in mustard mixture, then shake in bread crumb mixture.
Bake on a greased foil, covered, baking sheet for 30 minutes or until coating is brown and crispy.
