Parmesan Chicken
Parmesan Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 egg, 3 lb. frying chicken pieces, washed and patted dry and 3 tbsp. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine Parmesan cheese, corn flakes, salt and pepper.
Set aside.
In a second dish, beat egg until foamy.
Stir in milk; dip chicken pieces in egg mixture.
Coat evenly with Parmesan cheese-crumb mixture.
Place chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a well-greased or foil lined baking pan.
Drizzle with melted butter or margarine.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β° or until tender. (No need to cover or turn chicken while baking.)
