Parmesan Baked Potatoes
Parmesan Baked Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 baking potatoes, 1 green onion, thinly sliced, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese and 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Scrub potatoes; lightly grease skins.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 1 hour until done.
Cut thin slices off top of potatoes; scoop out inside and mash.
