Overnight Mashed Potato Casserole
Overnight Mashed Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. (about 12 medium) potatoes, peeled, cooked (hot), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (at room temperature), 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mash hot potatoes in large mixer bowl.
Add cream cheese in small pieces and then butter.
Beat well until cheese and butter are melted and completely mixed.
Mix the eggs, milk and onions and add to the potato mixture along with the salt and pepper. Beat well until light and fluffy.
Place in greased 9-inch round casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 45 minutes until lightly browned on top.
Makes 8 to 12 servings.
