Preheat oven to 350Β°.

Meanwhile spray a broiler pan rack with nonstick spray (Pam).

Crush Special K on a piece of wax paper with a rolling pin.

Pour Special K in a plastic or paper bag and add garlic powder, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

Spread mayonnaise on both sides of chicken breasts.

Place chicken breasts, one at a time, in bag with mixture and shake to cover chicken breast.

Place breasts on broiler rack.

Bake chicken breasts for 45 to 50 minutes.

When breasts are done, turn broiler on long enough for additional browning, if desired.
