Oven-Fried Chicken
Oven-Fried Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless, 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs, 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, 1/8 tsp. each onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, oregano and salt and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Breasts and pat dry.
Combine cornflake crumbs, seasonings and Parmesan cheese in a plastic bag.
Dip chicken in milk and place in the bag of crumbs.
Shake until coated. Place chicken in foil-lined baking dish and drizzle each piece with melted diet margarine.
Bake in preheated 425Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
