Oven Browned Potatoes
Oven Browned Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with red potatoes, cleaned, peeled and cubed, bacon grease and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat in saucepan to melt, enough bacon grease to coat cubed potatoes.
Put potato cubes in a large bowl.
Pour enough warm (not hot) bacon grease over potato cubes to coat.
With a slotted spoon or strainer, put potatoes on sprayed baking sheet, letting extra grease drip off.
Lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in a 425Β° oven for 1 hour, or until done.
Once in a while, stir potatoes around to brown on all sides.
