Place beef brisket in container; sprinkle with liquid smoke. Cover and marinate overnight.
Drain.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and salts.
Bake covered at 250Β° for 4 to 6 hours (according to size; 4 pounds for 3 hours, 5 pounds for 4 hours and 6 pounds for 5 hours) until tender.
Drain and top with barbecue sauce and bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
