Our French Onion Soup
Our French Onion Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large onions, 6 c. water, 3 c. white wine, 1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper and 4 slices bread, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Peel the onions and chop roughly.
Melt the butter in the pan; fry the onions.
Once brown, sprinkle flour and stir well.
Pour wine and water over them; allow to boil.
In a large, ovenproof bowl, place 1 slice of bread, then 1 slice of cheese and so on. Pour the contents of the pan over the bread and cheese; cook in oven for 35 minutes at 325Β°.
Mix and serve.
Top with Parmesan cheese.
