Oriental Chicken
Oriental Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. chicken pieces or 2 lb. boneless, 1/2 c. flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 8 tbsp. (1 stick) margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Wash chicken; drain.
Shake in mixture of flour, salt and pepper in paper bag to coat.
Melt 4 tablespoons margarine in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
Roll chicken pieces, one at a time, in melted margarine to coat all over.
Place, skin side down in single layer, in baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons margarine in saucepan.
Stir in honey, lemon juice and soy sauce; mix well.
After the 30 minutes, turn chicken.
Pour honey mixture over it.
Bake 30 minutes more.
Baste several times.
Serves 4.
