Onion Pocket Bread
Onion Pocket Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. warm water, 1 tbsp. salad oil, 3 to 4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tbsp. onion soup mix and 1 pkg. active dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Assemble doughmaker with small bowl.
Heat water to 120Β°.
In small bowl, place 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, salt and sugar.
Add water and oil; mix with doughmaker at setting #12 for 3 minutes. Gradually add enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough.
Knead with doughmaker about 4 minutes until smooth and satiny.
Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
