Assemble doughmaker with small bowl.

Heat water to 120Β°.

In small bowl, place 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, salt and sugar.

Add water and oil; mix with doughmaker at setting #12 for 3 minutes. Gradually add enough remaining flour to form a stiff dough.

Knead with doughmaker about 4 minutes until smooth and satiny.

Place dough in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top.

Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour.
