Onion Pie
Onion Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. unsalted cracker crumbs, 1 stick butter, melted, 4 c. thinly sliced onions, 4 eggs and 1 1/2 c. instant nonfat dry milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix crumbs with 1/2 of the melted butter and press over bottom and sides of 10-inch pie pan.
Melt rest of butter in skillet and add onions.
Saute until soft but not brown.
Spread over cracker crumbs.
Beat eggs lightly and add salt, pepper and milk.
Blend with whisk.
Pour over onions.
Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Preheat oven.
Serves 4.
