Onion-n-Dill Potatoes
Onion-N-Dill Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 lb. small red potatoes, quartered, water, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion, 3 tbsp. butter, melted and 1 tbsp. chopped, fresh dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In 3-quart saucepan, place potatoes and enough water to cover potatoes.
Cook over high heat until water comes to a full boil (4 to 6 minutes).
Reduce heat to medium.
Continue cooking until potatoes are fork-tender (8 to 12 minutes).
Drain potatoes, then return to pan (can quarter potatoes, if desired).
In a small bowl, stir together all remaining ingredients.
Pour over potatoes.
Cook over medium heat, gently stirring, until thoroughly heated, 3 to 5 minutes.
