One-Step Pork Chop Dinner
One-Step Pork Chop Dinner is an moderately easy dinner. Made with olive oil or vegetable oil, 4 carrots, 4 potatoes, 4 pork chops and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly oil a shallow baking sheet. (The pan should be wide enough to hold all the food in a single layer, with a little space between the ingredients.)
Wash and, if desired, peel carrots.
Cut them into 2-inch chunks.
Wash potatoes, peel (if desired)* and cut into 3-inch chunks.
Place carrots and potatoes in baking pan and sprinkle with a little oil. Toss to lightly coat the vegetables.
Make room for the pork chops and add to the pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and about 1 teaspoon of thyme, if using.
Bake 40 minutes.
