Old Fashioned Potato Salad
Old Fashioned Potato Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 potatoes (large), 3 eggs, hard cooked, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1/2 c. sweet pickle relish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Bring large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add potatoes; cook until tender (but still firm).
Drain, cool, peel and chop.
Place eggs in saucepan; cover with cold water.
Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat; let eggs stand in hot water 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water; cool, peel and chop.
In large bowl, combine potato, eggs, celery, onion, relish, garlic salt, celery salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise.
Mix well together; refrigerate until chilled.
Makes 8 servings.
