Oil Free Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. any oat bran or whole oat cereal, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. dry fruits (raisins, dates, prunes) and 1 1/4 c. skim milk (i have used a banana in place of 1/4 c. milk), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
