Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies
Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. packed brown sugar and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Use nonstick cookie sheet or wax paper.
Combine flour, baking soda and salt.
In large bowl with mixer at medium speed, beat sugars and butter until creamy, occasionally scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
Beat in vanilla, then eggs one at a time; beat well.
At low speed, gradually add flour mixture and beat just until blended, occasionally scraping bowl.
With spoon, stir in oats and raisins.
Drop dough about 2-inches apart onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake cookies 11 to 13 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
Cool for 3 to 5 minutes.
