Oatmeal Pecan Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies - a delicious recipe with 13 ingredients.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside. In large bowl using mixer medium speed, beat margarine, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla until light.
Add eggs; blend well.
Reduce speed to low.
Add oats and dry ingredients, beat just until blended.
Stir in pecans, raisins and chocolate pieces.
With damp hands, shape dough into
/2-inch balls; place wax paper covered baking sheet. Using back of teaspoon dipped in water, flatten balls to 3/4-inch thickness.
Put in freezer 15 minutes or refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Remove from wax paper and place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 375Β° 14 to 16 minutes.
Remove from baking sheets and cool on racks.
Makes about 40 cookies.
