Oatmeal Pecan Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Oatmeal Pecan Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sifted flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Together flour, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside. In medium speed, beat margarine, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla until light.
Add eggs; blend well.
Reduce speed to low.
Add oats and dry ingredients, beat just until blended.
Stir in pecans, raisins and chocolate pieces.
With damp hands, shape dough into
1 1/2-inch balls; wax paper covered baking sheet. Using back of teaspoon dipped in water, flatten balls to 3/4-inch thickness.
Put in freezer 15 minutes or refrigerate 6 or overnight.
Remove from wax paper and place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
Bake at 375Β° 14 to 16 minutes.
Remove from baking sheets and cool on racks.
Makes about 40 cookies.
