Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Grease baking sheets.
Sift together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars together; then beat in egg. Beat in vanilla and milk.
Stir the dry ingredients into the butter-sugar mixture, stirring until well blended.
Fold in the oats, nuts and raisins.
Drop the dough by teaspoons onto the prepared baking sheets, approximately 2 inches apart.
Bake about 12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are browned.
With a spatula, remove the cookies to a wire rack.
When cool, store in tightly covered tins in a cool place.
(Can be frozen up to 2 to 3 weeks, if wrapped well.)
