Oatmeal-Coconut Pie
Oatmeal-Coconut Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. granulated sugar, 3/4 c. old fashioned or quick oats, 3/4 c. light or dark corn syrup, 1/2 c. sweetened flaked coconut and 1 stick butter or margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 350Β°.
Stir all filling ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
Pour into pie shell.
