Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. shortening, softened, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 1 egg and 2 tbsp. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Put in mixing bowl and beat thoroughly the shortening, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, water and vanilla. Sift together flour, salt and soda.
Add to shortening mixture and mix well.
Blend in oats, then chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
