In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars until smooth.

Beat in the eggs until mixture is light.

Add the vanilla extract, rolled oats and butterscotch chips. Turn into a lightly greased 15 1/4 x 10 1/2-inch baking pan. Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until center of the bars feel firm.

Remove from oven.
