Oat Crackers(Wheat Free)
Oat Crackers(Wheat Free) is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 4 1/4 c. oats, ground in blender (grind 1/2 c. at a time), 1 c. raw sunflower seeds or nuts, 1 c. water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Place oats in a bowl.
Blend remaining ingredients.
Add liquid to 4 cups oat flour.
Mix together and knead slightly, adding more flour or water as needed.
Roll out into long roll about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
Roll out between 2 pieces of plastic or press flat with a tortilla press.
Place on a lightly Pammed baking sheet.
Makes 4 dozen 3-inch crackers.
Or you may roll entire dough directly on cookie sheet and cut in the desired size.
Bake at 400Β° until lightly browned.
Burns easily.
