Nutty Flavored Fruit Salad
Nutty Flavored Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in natural juice, 3/4 c. shredded carrots, 3/4 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped pears (unpeeled) and 1/4 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Drain pineapple, but save one tablespoon.
In large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, carrot, celery, pears and raisins.
In another bowl mix yogurt, peanut butter, ginger and one tablespoon pineapple juice.
Stir yogurt mixture into fruit, making sure to coat all fruit.
Cover and chill.
Makes 6 servings.
