Cook cranberries in boiling water until skins split.
Run water and cranberries through a sieve to separate skins, discard skins. Add sugar to cranberries, stir until dissolved.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water, add to cranberry mixture.

Pour into mold or serving bowl.
Refrigerate until set.
