No Sugar Banana Bread(Diabetic Recipe)
A diabetic-friendly banana bread sweetened naturally with ripe bananas and a sugar substitute. Moist, tender, and a guilt-light way to use the brown ones on the counter.

Cream margarine.
Add eggs, bananas and salt and mix well. Sift flour, baking powder and soda together.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir well.
Add sour milk and lemon juice, mixing well. Pour into greased and floured bread pan and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
