Cream Ricotta cheese and cream cheese together.
Add sugar and eggs, one at a time, until all are well beaten in.
Add flour, sour cream and vanilla.
Pour in greased spring-pan (10-inch).
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Turn oven off and leave cheese cake in the oven for 1 more hour.
Do not open oven door during these 2 hours!
Sprinkle top with cinnamon before putting in oven or wait until it is all done and add favorite fruit.
