Cut fish into serving size portions and place in a well-greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Combine rice, onion and curry powder; spread over fish.
Top with lemon slices and dot with butter.
Cover and bake in a moderate oven at 350Β° for 25 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Remove cover the last few minutes of cooking to allow for slight browning.
Sprinkle with parsley.
