New England Fish Chowder
New England Fish Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion, chopped, water (see directions below), 1 1/2 lb. haddock fillets, cut in half and 1 c. potato, cut up into bite-size pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook and stir onions in butter in a 2-quart saucepan until onion is tender (not browned).
Remove from heat.
Add haddock, potato, salt and pepper with enough water to cover.
Cover and cook until potato is tender and fish is flaky (about 15 minutes). Stir in milk and heat.
