👨‍🍳 Instructions

Mix and bring sugar, corn syrup and water to 240°.

Add peanuts and continue to cook at 300°.

At this temperature, add soda, vanilla and margarine.

Have about 3 cookie sheets buttered and at this time pour your brittle on the cookie sheet and then pull with knife or fork to the thinness you want.

Let cool and store in cool place in Ziploc bags.

This makes about 2 1/2 pounds of brittle.
