Beat egg yolks lightly and stir in sugar.
Add milk and butter.
Beat flour into 1/4 cup milk to smoothness and stir this and vanilla into mixture.
Cook in double boiler until quite thick.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Cover with meringue made from the 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar.
Place in a 350Β° oven and allow top of meringue to become a delicate brown.
