Mushroom Cress Salad
Mushroom Cress Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. oil, 2 tbsp. tarragon, white wine or white vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt, fresh ground pepper to taste and 8 c. watercress leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In salad bowl, mix well the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add watercress and mushrooms.
Toss lightly to coat.
If desired, stand some mushroom slices on end around rim of bowl to create scalloped garnish.
Serve at once.
